Tucker

Tucker is where our tools sleep. Bird Carpenter LLC is based on Leonora Drive, which means Tucker jobs get the shortest drive, the fastest estimate visit, and a crew that can swing back the same afternoon if something needs a second look.

The housing stock here rewards knowing what you're walking into. Northlake and Idlewood are full of 1960s and 70s ranches and splits with original decking, aging shingles, and hardboard siding that has quietly failed at the bottom course. Smoke Rise runs older and heavier on real structural work. We open things up before quoting so the number we hand you accounts for what's actually behind the wall.

Everything we do runs through DeKalb County permitting where it needs to. We pull the permits, meet the inspector, and keep the paperwork with the job so it's there the day you sell the house.
