Smyrna

Smyrna's newer builds sit close together on small lots, which makes privacy fencing the most requested job we get here. On a narrow lot the line matters: we string it, check the plat, and talk to you about the neighbor's side before the posts go in.

The older streets around Belmont Hills and Oakdale run to mid-century houses with original roofs and decks that were built before ledger flashing was standard practice. Those decks usually need to come off rather than get patched, and we'll tell you that up front instead of selling you a repair that buys two years.

Vinings work skews larger: full re-sides, roof replacements, and elevated decks off the back of houses that drop away hard into the trees.
