Alpharetta

Alpharetta and Milton are HOA country, and that changes the job before it starts. Fence height, picket style, stain color, and setback all get checked against the covenants and the city before we dig a post hole, because tearing out a finished fence is nobody's idea of a good week.

Composite decking is the default here, and it's less forgiving than wood. Joist spacing, gapping, and fastener systems all have to follow the manufacturer, or the boards move and the warranty evaporates. We build to the printed spec.

A lot of Alpharetta projects end up being one connected outdoor space: a deck, a covered section with a ceiling and a fan, stairs down to the yard, and a fence that closes it off. Better to plan the whole thing at once than bolt it together over three summers.
